The founder of the organization is Mr. Vivekanandan palanisamy from Coimbatore who has been involved in national service for 25 years.

Primary Objectives of the PSPO: 

1. To inculcate in students the qualities of respect for parents and teachers.

2. Teach the students to respect educational institutions as temples.

3. To increase the involvement in education by realizing the importance of education.

4. To cultivate pure spiritual thoughts in the minds of students.

5. To cultivate uncompromising patriotism in the minds of students.

6. To ingrain discipline and good manners in boys  to treat women and girl children with dignity and respect.

7. To increase the involvement in the family and to realize the family responsibilities.

8. To raise awareness about protecting our superior family structure.

9. To create awareness about the need to protect our temples.

10. To let students know the true history of our nation's heroism and sacrifice.

11. To create awareness to protect themselves from the growing drug addiction.

12. To realize the sufferings and sacrifices of our soldiers to defend the country.

13. To raise awareness about the importance of conserving agriculture and natural resources.

14.To cultivate the habit of mutual help among students.

15. To instill hope for the future in the minds of the younger community.

PSPO அமைப்பின் முதன்மை நோக்கங்கள்:

1.மாணவர்களிடம் பெற்றோரையும் ஆசிரியர்களையும் மதித்து நடக்கும் பண்புகளை ஏற்படுத்த.

2.தாம் பயிலும் கல்வி நிலையத்தை ஓர் ஆலயமாக மதித்துப் போற்றும் மனநிலையை உருவாக்க.

3.கல்வியின் முக்கியத்துவத்தை உணரவைத்து கல்வியில் ஈடுபாட்டை அதிகரிக்க.

4.மாணவர்கள் மனதில் தூய்மையான ஆன்மீக சிந்தனைகளை வளர்த்திட.

5.மாணவர்கள் மனதில் சமரசமில்லா தேசப்பற்றை வளர்க்க.

6.பெண்கள் மற்றும் பெண் குழந்தைகளிடம் கண்ணியமாக பழகும் முறைகள் பற்றி உணர்த்திட.

7.தம் குடும்பத்தின் மீதான ஈடுபாட்டை அதிகரித்து குடும்பப் பொறுப்புகளை உணர்த்திட.

8.நம் உயர்வான குடும்ப அமைப்பு முறைகளை பாதுகாக்கும் விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்திட.

9.நம் ஆலயங்களை பாதுகாக்க வேண்டியதன் அவசியம் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வை உருவாக்கிட.

10.நம் தேசத்தின் வீரமும் தியாகமும் மிகுந்த உண்மை வரலாற்றை மாணவர்கள் அறிந்து கொள்ள.

11.பெருகிவரும் போதைமருந்துப் பழக்கத்திலிருந்து தங்களை பாதுகாத்துக்கொள்ளும் விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்திட.

12.தேசம் காக்க நம் இராணுவ வீரர்கள் படும் துயரங்களையும் தியாகங்களையும் பற்றி உணர்ந்து கொள்ள.

13.விவசாயம் மற்றும் இயற்கை வளங்களை பாதுகாப்பதன் முக்கியத்துவம் குறித்து உணர்த்திட.

14.மாணவர்களிடம் பிறர்க்கு உதவிகள் செய்யும் மனப்பான்மையை வளர்த்திட.

15.இளைய சமுதாயத்தின் மனதில் எதிர்காலம் குறித்த நம்பிக்கையை ஏற்படுத்திட.
